Great little product. I actually used this as an impression marker for a wedding cake as I couldn't find one more suitable and it worked perfectly. Will definitely be a highly used product in my cake tool collection (I'm a cake maker)

This strip cutter is completely useless if you want to cut actual strips. The last line on the edge of 1 side arrived and looked like it has been cut across so there was a gap in the blade. Didn't think this would be a problem as there should still be another 8 strips on the cutter. Then I tried it and learnt that the inner lines aren't deep enough to cut through the paste, and no matter how hard you push, or rub on the work surface, or with your hand, or using it upside down rolling over with a rolling pin, it just does not cut straight through. You always have to end up separating the strips yourself, which leaves a jagged edge as it hasn't been cut all the way through. If you want to make thicker strips with lined indents in it (ie the size of the entire cutter), then this is great. If you want to cut out precise thin strips with neat edges, this probably won't do the job.

Have these been available for a while or did I just now discover stuff like this are available? I haven't used them yet, but it looks like it'll work perfect and very convenient to have. The plastic is hard and the edges aren't thin and sharp like the metal cutters but seems sharp enough. This will be easier than cuting strips using a ruler and cutter of some sort.

Used this to press the texture of pages on the side of a book cake I made and it came out great. Haven’t used it to cut strips but it easily makes lots of little lines on fondant. Easy to wash.

Great Product! Slightly bigger then 7" in length. "Gap" size is 1/8". I received a white plastic versus what the picture shows, not a biggie but its not see through like the clear pink shown and the lines do not go all the way to the end like the others ( see picture of all three). It works just fine. Love it
