Pre-Workout Complex Powder (60 Servings, Blue Raspberry) - Pre-Workout Supplement with Beta-Alanine, Taurine & Amino Acids

Because this is my first pre workout, I went with this because it offered a pretty “mild” blend of ingredients compared to others. Given the cost I’d say this is perfectly fine from a value perspective. This blend worked quite well for me and I had an immediate boost in strength and stamina with my first use. Blue raspberry tasted super good, though with the recommended 6-10oz of water it was a bit too strong for my taste. I used a full 16oz water bottle and for me that was perfect. Didn’t get any sort of stomach issues, jitters, or crash of any sort. Very mild tingles from the beta alanine but nothing too crazy since this is a lower dose than many other pre workouts. Overall for a first pre workout I’d say this is perfect.

The flavor is tasty (blue raspberry), and I've had good workouts so far. Two things I'd like to see added to this product are creatine and some sort of natural emulsifier/anti-foaming agent; maybe a fatty acid. This pre-workout foams up so bad when used in a shaker bottle. It made me burp a lot which isn't a great feeling when trying to work out. And I just like pre-workout with creatine such as Ryse Godzilla or N.O. Xplode. That said, I really enjoy Nutricost supplements and their cost effectiveness, this product is no different.

Performs consistently with an effective Caffeine 200mg dosage and Theobromine 100mg for a good rush of energy with a long lasting boost that keeps working throughout a long workout. Synergistic power output and cognitive benefits with cholinergics 200mg AlphaGPC (50% choline) as a precursor and Hupirazine A 200mcg as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. This isn't a fully topped out Nitrogen precursor with only 4 grams of L-Citrulline. Topped out would be 10 grams. However it makes up with a highly bioavailable Arginine precursor, Nitrosigine. Beta-Alanine is also presented with sub-efficacious dosage of 2 grams while the minimum effective dose is 3.2 grams.Personally, I think double-scooping would over do the cholinergics and cause unnecessary side effects. So in order to fully complete the pre, I add supplementary citrulline, creatine, and beta-alanine.

Last time I used pre-workout was in 2016, and at that time I used C4 and never liked it, hence why I stopped pre-workout drinks in general, but I decided to get back to it and give this one a try. The difference I feel is insane, my muscle recovery between sets its insanely noticeable, the powder is very easy to mix and taste great, not after taste, not too sweet, just perfect. I feel more focused. I don't feel energy withdraw at all after done with working out. I'll def gonna buy it again.
