positive side pin is different than shown in the picture. it won't fit into the board. so battery is not all the way pushed and cover doesn't closed.

Perfect fit to replace the last one that lasted about 18 years. Good price and our fob now lasts for the button functions. Easy to install if you're at all handy with a soldering iron, don't lose the tiny RFID capsule, and remember that batteries are never "off" when installing.

This was my 2nd order. Received on time. Indispensable for the older BMW remote keys with battery terminals soldered on to the board. [Note: After soldering this new battery on, reset the remote by pressing the 'lock' and 'unlock' buttons together, along with the lock button on the dash. The remote won't work otherwise.]
