Good quality and better recovery

Its Good. The foam hasn't disfigured. But the inner hard plastic base is a bit thin, if I do back roll laying flat on floor it changes it shape. But never broke. It build to last. Gave relief to my back after gym.

Okay so I wasn't expecting much from a foam roller honestly, but this thing genuinely surprised me. The textured surface is where it really shines rolling out my quads, hamstrings, calves and back feels absolutely amazing. Like that deep pressure just hits the right spots and you can feel the muscles loosening up almost instantly. It's become a non-negotiable part of my recovery routine at this point. Now I do want to mention it's noticeably firmer than your average foam roller. If you're used to softer ones, this might feel intense at first, especially in sensitive areas. Took me a few sessions to get comfortable with the pressure. Also one thing I personally find a bit tricky using it on the lats and serratus anterior feels a bit awkward. The positioning just doesn't work as naturally for those areas compared to the bigger muscle groups. Not a dealbreaker at all, just something to keep in mind. But for legs and back? Absolutely unmatched. If you're someone who trains hard and needs proper muscle recovery, just get this. You won't regret it!
