What is the difference between the 200kg, 400kg and 600kg grey PVC trolley?

200kg: 72x48cm platform, 4-inch PU wheels, 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors. 400kg: 90x60cm, 5-inch PU wheels. 600kg: 105x63cm, 5-inch PU wheels with an extra centre swivel wheel for stability.

What makes the 600kg model different from the 200kg and 400kg?

The 600kg model has a 5-wheel system — 2 fixed and 3 swivel castors including a centre wheel that distributes weight evenly across the platform. This prevents platform flex under maximum load and keeps heavy cargo stable on industrial flooring.

Will the PU wheels scratch my tiles or warehouse flooring?

No. High-density PU caster wheels roll on tiles, marble and concrete without scratching or marking any surface. PU wheels also roll silently — no noise on hard floors. This is why Equal PVC trolleys are preferred over rubber wheel alternatives.

How difficult is the assembly and what is included in the box?
