An actually HELPFUL self help book
Quite a book with easy to apply ideas. It really helps to label your emotions and not just go through it but to figure out the patterns that lead to self sabotage. A must read. Doesn't leave you puzzled as most self help books. It actually has practical steps through which you can identify your mountains (obstacles)
