generally a nice piece of kit but a few bad design points: The "flap" sits flush with the internal face of the door leaving a 2" rim externally for the rain to gather on. The internal cover to secure the flap at night etc clips on. It is, once in place, very difficult to remove. Neither my wife and daughter are able to. I have tried to sand down one side of the clips to ease this but a rethink really is necessary. This would not be suitable for anyone with arthritis in their hands.

The last dog flap we had for my 2 westies was a rigid flap that had a part they could see through and used without any problems - this one is a flexible flap that is not transparent so they can’t see where they’re jumping out to - they won’t use it preferring to pee on the floor by the door! It’s also not draft proof and can feel the wind coming through as well as the rain - I’ve returned it as in my opinion it’s not fit for purpose - and ordered a similar one to my old one

when I put the closing panel on, it can be pushed out from outside; had to add a metal bar across it to make it secure

Fue extremadamente útil para nosotros. La instalamos en una puerta de interior de tambor. Mis perros duermen en mi cuarto y frecuentemente me despertaban para salir al baño, con esta puerta todo se solucionó, entran y salen a su antojo. Aprendieron a usarlo muy rápido, solo a una le ha costado trabajo porque no quedó al ras del piso y ella tiene solo 3 patitas, pero con el tiempo aprendió agarrando vuelo jeje. También le quitamos el imán que va en la parte de abajo para sellarla, porque como la tenemos en interior (recamara) no necesita sellarse y les cuesta menos trabajo empujarla así.
