Super great vacuum chamber I use it for resin!!! 5 stars !!
I have tried other vacuum chambers. This one is my ultimate favorite. There's literally no bubbles after I get my resin out of it. I bought the 3 gallon size but you literally don't need one that big. If you are only doing cups at a time it is a tad bit noisy, but that doesn't bother me one bit because the machine works absolutely amazing. The seal on the lid still works amazing on it and it's super easy to use. I literally hooked this up by myself and that was a miracle.😂😂 thank Gooodness for instructions that you can actually understand. I think it was super affordable compared to some other models and this one top them all in my opinion.!! my resin pieces come out clear and beautiful every time. I will buy the exact same model if mine never wears out.💙

Getting a really decent product at a decent price
Not too bad other than having an issue with it.Wanting to suck back up oil when I turn it off and accidentally got resin, sucked up into it.And now the one valve no longer moves, which was all my fault other than that, not a bad price for this size of a vacuum pot

Delivered without sufficient components to put together; instructions are difficult to follow
This vacuum chamber arrived in decent time. When it came to assemble, though, that's when the problems started. The instructions are not easy to follow, and the pictures are very small and hard to see. The gauge assembly fits very loosely into the lid, but I don't know if that's intentional or not, as it's not well described in the instructions. The most disappointing part, though, is that there's only enough compressor oil included to fill it 1/2 full, although the instructions say to fill until the window is full. Finally, there's no way to contact the seller for support. This is definitely going to be returned.

Update
Putting it together was easier to figure out than expected but the operation instructions seemed a little confusing at first but I eventually figured it out But it never reached -30 like it said that it should and for some reason it started smoking and had a somewhat concerning rattling. I expected the vibration of course but there was also a rattle along with it. So I’m hoping that doesn’t mean that it’s not going to last long. I’m hoping the smoke was just oil burning off from getting spilling somewhere when it was filled, I was careful but there was also oil all over the pump when i opened the box so idk. I did google the company And tried to email them my concerns so hopefully they will reach back out. Other than that once it did start to work it worked great. Got up to -25 or so pretty quick and was popping bubbles almost immediately and didn’t take long at all for the resin to degass. I’ve only used it the one time tho so we’ll see about the smoking and stuff next time * update so the company reached out and apparently the smoking is normal, but I did drain the oil to the halfway mark and cleaned the area and it didn’t do that anymore and even tho it didn’t quite reach -30 on the gauge it still did an amazing job at removing bubbles within just 5 minutes so yeah I would definitely recommend this vacuum chamber

Great for the Price
As others have stated, the instructions aren't the best (the images are tiny and unclear). There is a QR to grab and I did that and also watched the video here after pouring the oil into the top cup instead of removing the cup as the video shows. Even so, there was only enough oil for the 2.0L machine to fill it just over half way (bottle is 220mL where the device says it requires 225mL, so I'm sure not all of it has yet settled from pouring it into the outlet cup - there is a plastic valve that can be removed to allow the oil to go ahead and drain into the reservoir). I got full pressure my first few tries - so if others aren't, then you need to check your hoses and seals - don't OVER tighten them either as that is just as bad as under tightening. The larger pump is more quiet than my single stage I used for my airbrush, so I was pretty impressed with that! Being new to Vacuum Chambers (or Degassing as the kids call it today), I only wish the top had more of a lip to assist with centering (more as a safety precaution for us Newbies!) Oh, and hey!? Can there be a clearer image of how far down we need to cut the nipple off of the pressure gauge seal prior to use!? I made mine flush. Great product overall!!! Wish they had a direct link to more oil - anything else I look up looks yellow. READ THE WARNING ON THE LABEL OF THE KETTLE - IT TELLS YOU THAT YOU CANNOT USE IT FOR CERTAIN ITEMS; USER ERROR CAUSES THE RUBBER SEAL TO FAIL AFTER TWO USES!

Works as intended. Will update as soon as I run silicone through.
Something I wish I would’ve known ahead of time is that for the 2 gallon the maximum height of the container allowed is 5 inches tall and 7.8 inches wide. The instruction manual states the container inside can be no more than 4/5 of the width of the vacuum chamber or 2/3 of the height of the chamber. The 2 gallon measures 7 1/2 inches tall inside dimensions and 9 3/4 wide inside dimensions. The machine itself works fine however I am using smooth on 15 slow and it has a 50 minute working time total which I would say really you should be done working with this product at maximum 30 minutes to allow for bubbles to come to the top and the product to settle in. I mixed the product for two minutes with an attachment on my drill, keeping it low in the bottom of the container, then placed the container itself into the machine. After about 20 minutes, I gave up on getting all of the bubbles to go away. I did try this a few different times working slower, thinking maybe it was creating its own bubbles by having it on the highest setting and either way it was still bubbling at 20 minutes. I would not suggest using this machine with silicone because of the amount of time it takes to actually get the bubbles out.

Lid does not seal - not great for small scale resin projects
I had my resin in the machine for over an hour and and it didn’t do anything. I determined that, although I clamped the hoses very well.l… the lid simply does not seal tight enough to work well… or much at all, and especially not within the span of time needed for this resin (hour working time max, ideally workable after 20-30 min for perfection, but after an hour it’s quite useless). For the sake of my goal, I did end up removing the resin after about an hour and 10 minutes (and it was barely able to be used by this point, I had to hand putty the art piece’s clear layer onto the painted art piece). Overall, with the non sealing lid, the machine hadn’t seemed to remove many bubbles. So I used a heat gun as well as some alcohol and just did with what I had! I don’t recommend this for small resin projects or anybody who hasn’t used these pieces of equipment before in a lab or shop with help being shown accurate operation for efficiency. And while I work and studied in the sciences, and I could figure it out, the directions are inaccurate as far as the picture, and the directions themselves, go. I had to watch a lot of YouTube videos to figure out that the position in which the photograph shows the handles for the valves is NOT the accurate positioning in which the handle should be to operate the thing. Doesn’t really matter though because even when I figured out this out, the lid does not create a tight enough seal to do the job. :( I wish I wouldn’t have spent 100 dollars on such a cool piece of equipment to have such an epic failure of basic mechanics of use. I have attached a photo of my piece of art. You can see the clear layer, it might be hard to observe the bubbles, but hopefully you can see some of what I’m speaking to… or at least if this will fit your needs and simply be “good enough”!!

Super happy
Absolutely worth it! I testing it, and didn't loose any pressure after 2 days. Only thing I don't like that the oil is evaporating and creating a smoke ( which is normal) and therefore I recommend to use it only in open air.

Dent in the chamber...
Recieved it well packaged but a dent in the edge of the chamber keep it from sealing and working! Bad product would never buy again from this company
