Easy descaler capsules that work!
Spot on, does the job well. My machine that I've had for years took 2 of these, but fully flushed it out leaving a nice clean stream of water afterwards. Don't know if I noticed much difference in the taste but must be better for you after cleaning.

Works great but directions are incorrect
This is what was coming out of my machine while using the SECOND pod. It was obviously much nastier than I thought! Pods work well but I was not able to follow the provided directions. When hitting the button 3x, the machine was trying to brew the cleaning pod an an espresso and then flashed red since it was unable to read it. Instead I had to go through the app and do a “rinse” and check a box saying no pod was inside. Then it worked perfectly.

Produkt hat für mich keinen Nutzen und eine mangelhafte Anleitung
Produkt wird ohne verständliche Anleitung ausgeliefert. Alles in englischer Sprache mit kleinen Bildern die nicht mit dem Verpackungsinhalt übereinstimmen. Man kann vermuten das die Flüssigkeit für 2 Entkalkungsvorgänge reicht. Ich habe mich letztendlich für den Original Entkalker entschieden und die Vorgehensweise, die Nespresso DeLonghi selbst vorschlägt. Erscheint mir deutlich effektiver und am Ende auch günstiger. Ich werde dieses Produkt aufgrund fehlendem Nutzen nicht erneut kaufen
