What are the dimensions - and could it be filled with sand or similar and re-sealed?

Not 100 about the dimensions but roughly 15-20cm long and and 7-10cm height.. As for filling it has a squeaky hole, so if you could remove that then it can be filled and then seal it with glue or sealant maybe. Hope this helps
