Fit Open Sewet perfect
I had an open sewer pipe that was in my yard when I moved in. This fit perfect over the opening and the size was just write. The value for the money was cheaper than Home Depot in Lowes . So easy to install and the quality was really nice and strong.

It may look like the right product but it will not fit over your 4 inch PVC pipe
Will not fit over 4 inch pipe 4 inch PVC Pipe OD is 4.5 inch. This product ID is only 4 inch.

This is a excellent product. It fits perfectly with the current clean out plumbing. I would recommend this product

Did what I needed it to
It’s exactly what I expected and it works great. I Use this for a different project and still put on the end of PVC pipe but no water will be going through it so not sure if it is watertight, but I use a little caulk and it seemed to fasten the way I wanted it to
