I bought this hand casting kit as a keepsake for my mum, who has recently diagnosed with an illness. I wanted something simple and meaningful that we could do together and treasure for years to come, and this was absolutely perfect. We held hands while the cast set for around five minutes, then gently removed them and applied the plaster to finish it off before leaving it to harden for 24 hours. At first I thought I had done something wrong, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the final result was beautifully presented. It’s amazing how something so simple can capture such a special moment and turn it into a lasting memory we can look back on. One idea I’d recommend is doing it on a significant day or occasion, and even engraving the date on the base to make it even more personal. Don’t hesitate to buy this. such a small cost for something that preserves a lifetime of memories.

Absolutely love this baby casting kit. The instructions were easy to follow, and the whole process was much simpler than I expected. It captured every tiny detail perfectly — from little wrinkles to tiny fingernails — and the finished casts came out beautifully. The materials felt high quality, and it was reassuring knowing everything was baby-safe and non-toxic. I also liked that the kit includes enough materials to make two casts, plus paints and tools for personalising them afterwards. It made such a special keepsake that we’ll treasure forever. A lovely idea for new parents, baby showers, or gifts for grandparents. Definitely worth buying if you want something meaningful to remember those tiny hands and feet before they grow up too quickly.

This was bought for us by our grandson as a Golden Wedding present. My Grandson helped us to do it but my husband found it extremely difficult to stay still for the length of time needed so I ended up doing my own hand. I have bought another one and we will find a comfier way to do it, hopefully sitting down. Other than that I think it’s a great item and simple to follow.

Believe me when I say I never write a review for anything but this I had too, my mother has an incurable illness and I’m all about capturing special moments with her, this casting kit has blown me away, so easy to do and the results are amazing, it picks up every detail, now I have a treasured memory I can keep forever. We left ours overnight to make sure it was fully dry, don’t hesitate in buying it and missing out on a special moment x

Absolutely amazing kit! I watched the video that is on the page you buy the product as well as the instructions given. It gets easier the more you do it… I’m on number two cast now! I started off just getting everything ready so it wasn’t rushed and taking my time. I did my parents hands and they’ve turned out amazing… make sure you gently tap the sides to get rid of bubbles. It is messy when you put the plaster in the water and mix so make sure you use a table cover and old clothes. Will definitely be buying more! Just need to finalise the details to get rid of the over cast bits

DO NOT BOTHER. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Both moulds useless. Followed the instructions to the letter and both times the mould was solid before I could even get my babies foot in the box. Baring in mind the box provided had a big split in so was pouring out the bottom the whole time. Absolutely the biggest waste of money.

Is a good way to eternise the details and will be a great memory in the future! I think there should be supplies for 3 casts at least as for example the hand is quite hard to make specially on babies who even during the sleep don’t stop moving. So the third one would give us one more opportunity to make a good cast. Mine came incomplete because the baby pulled out one part with him when removing the hand. Make sure your baby is very very still and sleeping deeply, otherwise is a waist of money.

Top et très chouette! malheureusement j'ai voulu faire une base avec le liquide lors de la deuxième étape et elle s'est cassé. Je recommande, super comique à faire avec les enfants.

El producto llegó nuevo y en buen estado, con todas las instrucciones y materiales incluidos. El alginato se mezcla bien y, si sigues correctamente las instrucciones, el proceso parece sencillo. En mi caso, no conseguí que el molde saliera como esperaba porque no leí bien las instrucciones. Aun así, creo que para alguien que siga el proceso paso a paso, el resultado puede ser muy bonito, especialmente para parejas o como detalle de regalo. Se limpia fácilmente después de usarlo y es bastante intuitivo para principiantes si se presta atención a los pasos. Pagado a 29,49 €, me parece un poco caro, pero como detalle para parejas o manualidades puede ser un regalo original y bonito.
