Would recommend work on me I suffer ibs and struggle to move
Work on me I will order again bit expensive but don’t mind as long as the keep working I start Mounjaro injection over 8 months ago and been struggling to move my bowels so I will keep updated on next lot I order

These are great. I use them before I take my refrigerated probiotics each morning. I contacted cDiff and did the probiotic cure instead of antibiotics and I was better in a few days. Its great food for the good bacteria in your gut.
