Good value for money! The massage ball roller is great for pain relief. It came fully charged and I was able to use it straight away. I love the form!

Pros : usb-C charging cable is included. 3hrs to fully charge, 75 minutes continuous use with 15 minutes safety cut off, 880g, material silicone +ABS 3 speed options plus 4th option for random vibration patterns. Great for ‘foam rolling’ all body parts as a self-roll hands free massage, especially after a tough gym session. The vibration is not loud, the device is small enough to fit in a gym bag. I mainly use it for legs, glutes, back and lats massage… so much better than traditional foam rollers thanks to the vibration to relax the tight knots ! I also particularly like the feet massage which you can sometimes forget about. This will be my go to after every gym session now to reduce soreness instead of a traditional foam roller.

Amazing. I suffer from the worst neck and back pain daily due to underlying conditions. Some days I can barely move my neck to the side. Within ten minutes of use my pain had eased so considerably that I was actually able to move and stretch which helps ease the pain further. Usually I need to use painkillers or heat to get that far. Multiple speeds and the curvature is perfect for sitting in the necessary grooves. Have bought many shiatsu, chair massagers, massage guns and acupuncture pens over the years and this by far has been the best. Get over an hour of use for 3 hours of charge. Automatically turns off after 15 minutes. My video has tried to show the levels of vibration.

Really great tool, well worth the money, you can hold it in the middle and the two sides can roll for wider areas like the back with someone's help or you could put it on the floor and roll on it yourself. There are 3 different levels of steady vibration strength and another one when it changes the modes and intensity with pauses. It releaves the tension on the muscles and it was very effective after an intense gym session to help with the muscle recovery. Highly recommend

This is nice and compact with a long battery life. I can use it much longer than massagers I’ve used in past, which were much heavier. I suffer with aches and pains in my knees and elbows and this device is the ideal size for this use. You can see in photos attached how compact and easy to use it is. It has variable intensity settings from mild to vigourous. Makes very little noise compared to some massagers I’ve used in past. It’s cordless with an in-built battery so no more pesky mains cable getting in way.

Have given this 3 stars as following the instructions is hard, the back massage instructions was very difficult to follow and I found this painful, for those who are fit/sporty would find this easy to use. There are 3 vibration settings and seem a bit strong even using the first setting. It looks very nice and is not too heavy. Using it in certain areas works really well rather than following the exercise instructions and I think it is good for your circulation. It comes fully charged so you can use it straight away

I ride regularly and used to use massage guns after longer or harder rides. This is better where I can roll it under my calves, really helps loosen up my quads and calves and reduces that tight, sore feeling the next day. Easy to use, strong enough without being painful. Solid recovery tool that will become part of my post-ride routine.
