Blends well in any liquid and NO bloating. Not a fan of the fruit punch flavor but the lemon lime is decent.

Noticed tooth pain about 3 weeks into using this. Thought maybe it was something else so I stopped for a few weeks then restarted, and the pain returned. Did some research and turns out creatine HCl should only be taken in pill capsule form due to its extreme acidity. It is known to damage enamel. Don’t buy this powder form!
