Excellent watch. App is very easy to use and easy to look back at previous workouts etc. Battery life lasts about a week or so and charging only takes about 2hrs. You can change the watch face to different layouts as shown in my photos. From there you can add in widgets such as: battery life, ECG, activity, weather, kals burned etc. I wear it to work and its taken a fair bit of knocking against metal and (touch wood) no scratches or anything. Wrist strap is comfortable. Cant text or call from phone but the watch receives all notifications and notifies you with a vibration

Review from my husband: This is the watch to end all watches, period. It looks fantastic with its oversized face because let's face it, we love big faces 😊 is that too many faces? But really, it's an amazing watch and I've only just scratched the surface, to be honest. It measures heart rate, calorie use, blood oxygen levels, pedometer and all sorts. Combine this with the app and it knows all your stats if you're honest 😉 and can track anything, hook it up to your phone and it tells you about calls, emails etc. It's really useful and like having a reminder about stuff you need to do on your wrist and did I say it looks really bloody good too, nice tactile buttons to navigate the multitude of options, and it's all black so it's brilliant and looks way better than any I smartwatch I've ever seen. This looks like a real watch which is really nice. In the options, there are multiple face settings so there's always going to be something that suits you. And then there's the navigation, it's bloody fantastic, you'll never get lost wearing this watch ever! There are maps galore, it's fantastic and you can even download maps on the go and then there are offline maps....fantastic. It's like having a PC on your wrist, the battery life on full charge should easily last you 5 days so that’s great also. I could go on but I haven't even started to discover how many useful attributes this watch has, and at over half a grand in price, it's a lot but don’t all good watches cost a lot? This one delivers on every front. It's amazing, I love it and I swore I'd never have a smartwatch. 10/5 😊

I used V2 for three years and upgrade to V3. Display is good, battery is good, excellent design, easy function, and accurate but the durability is questionable with other watches having much sturdier models the price. Bezel is aluminium, which was same for V2 but in V3 it’s flimsy! Bit of a let down, looking forward to new Polar watches.

I really like this watch, it looks super smart and feels really nice to wear. I do find it is a bit heavier on my arm and is quite big - my husband tried it on and it was fine on him though, so perhaps this size is made more with men in mind. I found it seemed very accurate when compared to my husband’s Apple Watch, we went for a walk together and had a similar reading (accounting for his somewhat longer strides than mine). It’s really easy to set up and find your way around, and the battery lasts really well. I like that you can change the wristbands - I haven’t got any new ones yet to try doing this with, but it’s great to have the option. Overall, it’s a great watch. It’s a bit more on the expensive side, but I think it’s worth it. Recommended.

So I’ve had 4 Polar watches and they’ve helped me to change my lifestyle. This is the latest and greatest it’s all good fast great screen and battery life off the scale. Love the exercise routines with instruction and stick people showing what to do. Haven’t really delved into what heart measure do yet or used mapping route planning but it’s not a navigate to capability.. App that goes with it is also very good. Lots of other interesting things from sleep weather dusk etc etc. comforting to know that my personal data is held in the EU and not being sold.

Después de unas semanas usando el Polar Vantage V3, puedo decir que es uno de esos relojes que impresionan nada más sacarlos de la caja. Tiene un diseño elegante, robusto y con un aire premium que se nota enseguida. La pantalla AMOLED es una pasada: nítida, brillante y con colores vivos incluso a plena luz del día. Da gusto mirar las métricas sin tener que entrecerrar los ojos como con otros relojes deportivos. ⸻ Rendimiento y sensores: precisión de nivel pro Polar ha dado un salto importante en esta versión. El nuevo sensor óptico es más preciso y, por fin, la medición del pulso durante entrenamientos intensos se acerca bastante a la de una banda de pecho. Además, el GPS multibanda es rápido al conectar y clava las rutas incluso en zonas con edificios o árboles. En carrera o bici se nota la mejora: las distancias y el ritmo son consistentes, sin esos saltos raros que a veces daban los modelos anteriores. ⸻ Entrenamientos y recuperación: el fuerte de Polar Donde el Vantage V3 brilla de verdad es en el seguimiento de la carga y la recuperación. El reloj no se limita a decirte cuánto has entrenado, sino que te ayuda a entender si estás preparado para la siguiente sesión. La función Recovery Pro y las métricas de sueño son súper útiles, especialmente si entrenas varios días a la semana y quieres evitar el sobreentrenamiento. Además, el reloj ofrece planes personalizados y sesiones guiadas que van genial para quien no quiere pensar demasiado en cómo estructurar su entrenamiento. ⸻ Batería y vida diaria: dura y cómoda En cuanto a autonomía, Polar ha hecho un gran trabajo. El reloj aguanta fácilmente una semana con uso mixto (entrenos, notificaciones y monitorización constante), y si lo usas solo para deporte puede durar aún más. En el día a día es cómodo, no pesa mucho y el diseño encaja tanto en el gimnasio como con ropa de calle. Las notificaciones funcionan bien, aunque no esperes la fluidez de un smartwatch tipo Apple Watch; este reloj está más orientado al rendimiento que al postureo. ⸻ Conclusión: para deportistas serios, pero sin complicaciones El Polar Vantage V3 es un reloj ideal si te tomas el deporte en serio y quieres datos fiables, especialmente si haces entrenamiento funcional, running o ciclismo. No es el más barato ni el más “smart”, pero ofrece lo que promete: precisión, fiabilidad y una visión completa de tu cuerpo y tu rendimiento. Si vienes de un modelo anterior de Polar, el salto merece la pena. Y si buscas un reloj que te motive sin llenarte de notificaciones inútiles, este puede ser tu compañero perfecto. ¿Podría mejorar? Sí, la interfaz aún podría ser más fluida y las apps externas más variadas. Pero, en conjunto, el Vantage V3 demuestra que Polar sigue siendo una marca de referencia para los que entrenan de verdad.

Excelente reloj para deportista lo uso en natación y ciclismo, muy completo, recién me fallo y me lo repararon aplicando la garantía. Nuevamente estoy usando y todo perfecto Caro, pero merece la pena

Polar Igniteを使用していましたが、SennheiserのMomentum Sportを購入し、同期が可能なスポーツウォッチが欲しくなったため購入に至りました。 どちらかというとIgniteはエントリーモデルでしたが、ハイエンドモデルであるVantage V3の機能の豊富さにとても驚きました。 自分の場合はダンスと筋トレの際に使用しているのですが、Momentum Sportと同期することで体温の推移も測定できています。 心拍数の計測にはどちらが使われているのかわかりませんが、Momentum Sport単体のときと比べて体感と近くなったように思うので、相補的に使われているのかもしれません。 Momentum SportのみだとスマホアプリのPolar Flowの『スタート』機能からトレーニングを開始して、スマホ画面から心拍数などを確認しなくてはならなかったのですが… 時計から情報を確認できる手軽さは、やはり運動時には欠かせないと思いました。 起床時に記録される『皮膚温』の他、『起立試験』、『脚力回復度テスト』、『SpO2』、『フィットネステスト』は気軽に自分のコンディションを確認できるので重宝しています。 脚力回復度テストやSpO2は名前の通りですが、起立試験は心臓の機能の回復度が、フィットネステストはVO2MAXの数値が測定できます。 特に起立試験は毎朝起床時に行うようになり、『睡眠ステータス』の測定結果と併せて、その日のコンディションを確かめるようにしています。 Apple Watchに代表されるスマートウォッチのように、アプリで機能を拡張させたり、スマホと同じような機能を持たせることはできないので、その点は注意が必要かもしれません。 総じて、スポーツを趣味にしている方だけでなく、体調管理に気をつけている方にもおすすめできるスポーツウォッチだと思います。

ein sehr hilfreiches und schönes "Spielzeug". Ich sehr alle notwendigen Features und sehr sofort ob ich noch Bewegung machen muss. Das Armband ist sehr weich und trägt sich angenehm. Nur der Akku könnte etwas länger anhalten wenn man sie nur als Uhr verwendet. Dafür ist das Laden mit dem neuen System echt super. Gut ist, dass in meiner App alle Daten von meiner alten Polar noch vorhanden sind.
