1. The product arrived, and was delivered once again, incorrectly, delivery directions not followed, as usual, and this time, left on a neighbors porch. So we had to walk over and collect this heavy box and carry it down stairs. Then to our house. Hey Amazon, thank you for making my decision to end my Prime account. I know you are retaliating against this disabled veteran for filing a negative on your drivers. FedEx and Walmart can walk around the gate. But there is a gate code in delivery instructions, probably cannot read it due to it being in English. 2. Mattress. Exactly what my wife wanted to ease back pain, comfortable, supportive, fully expanded, and no smell or noise. The mattress is great. Great Price and easy to set up. 3. Amazon delivery drivers are retaliating against me for filing a complaint about their leaving packages in the middle of a driveway, in the rain, in the mud, etc.

TLDR; Pretty firm even though is labeled medium plush - good quality, well made, and very healthy for spine. Will prob get mattress topper but still debating bc I do like the bed and I know it’s healthier for me this way. Just takes getting used to if you like soft beds. I think this bed is a little firm for my taste. It does have give and it is very comfortable to sit on. I love the texture of the covering too. I think it’s good quality and safe from fiberglass - that was very important to me. My back and shoulder pain has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY. I think the pain I still have in my neck and shoulders is from other habits and my office chair, stress etc. that’s why I like this bed even though I didn’t find it extremely comfortable at first. It’s definitely wayyyy healthier than other beds. I had family members try it and they said u can tell it’s a good bed because you can lay on it without a pillow. That may be true for a few mins, but for me sleeping on it, I think I need new pillows (maybe tall foam pillows?) in order to be comfortable. I am also probably going to buy a really plush mattress topper and I think this would make it perfect. Anyway point is - it is a good mattress, it’s very healthy for your spine, but for those who prefer actual medium plush, it’s not that. To me it’s medium closer to medium firm. However again I do not regret my purchase at all. Sleeping is not all about being super comfy, it’s about your health, but that mental aspect of super comfy is important to me because I have a lot of mental issues around sleep. However, that just means I need to get accessories for my bed to give me that comfy feeling without sacrificing the health of my back and spine. Overall definitely happy with my purchase :) would recommend. Also for extra context, I am a 26 yo 5’5 180 lb woman who is extremely pear shaped - so I’ve really struggled w lower back pain because it’s really hard for a bed or anything really to equally distribute my weight due to my small waist compared to wide hips etc. so there will usually be a gap below my lower back which has caused chronic pain. This bed doesn’t have that issue which is a HUGE win!
