Seems like it will do the job, it's big with big wide sleeves and it's ugly to be honest but it does not matter for walking the dog and keeping dry, good price ,haven't tried them yet just tried it on .

Good for taller people
Excellent rain coats for tall people. I love that these are longer and fit tall people well. These are way more functional than the ponchos that fit like a trash bag. Material is thick and durable. My only complaint is that the arm pit ripped a bit on my husbands when he was wearing it to hook up our camper to the truck in the rain. He has broad shoulders and when active, he seemed to pull at it too much and it ripped slightly. Otherwise, it’s very durable. Good value for the money.

I bought these rain ponchos and I loved them. The material is strong, doesn’t tear easily, and keeps you completely dry even in heavy rain. They’re lightweight, easy to fold, and don’t take up much space. My whole family used them and they worked perfectly. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something affordable but good quality.

Wore these in a down pour with winds in Disney, saved us. 100% better and cheaper then the ponchos they sell. Buy them take then with you anywhere it may rain, they take up little room. I'm short(5'1) and round and they cover me. My son tall(5'11) and very thin. We were both happy.

Easy to tear, easy to roll up and store, keeps the water off you great
Very thin was super easy to roll up and put in my small bag as I travelling it was really nice to have a waterproof layer. worked really well! It also is pretty easy to tear, so that's something to keep in mind
