Can you buy a replacement battery?

Yes. I searched 6 volt batteries in Amazon and really good deals came up. :-) The motorcycles are junk. We bought two and they stopped working a few weeks later. Our boys were so so sad. Seller refused to refund or fix.

can i get a replacement on off switch?

I don't know if the manufacturer will send a replacement switch but i simply bypassed the switch as my grandsons could not wait to ride the two we bought every day

Is this okay for a 4 year old? It says 1-3years

I would say no. It wouldn’t have enough power. It has a 6 v battery n really needs a 12v. My grandson is three and had had it for a year. It doesn’t hold a charge like it should and is sluggish
