I wanted to start recording more gym content but can't bother with the hassle of taking a tripod to the gym. I haven't used it in the gym yet, working on getting back in the gym. It does have a strong hold, I literally placed it on metal and every time I remove it, I use extra strength to do so! The weight and design is practical, flexible to use for different purposes other than the gym (used it for combing my hair lol). I'd say value for your money.

This item is a fixed mount designed to be used with front-facing phone cameras used to capture whatever the phone is facing. Just be careful not to overtighten the plastic nut that secures the mount to the magnet otherwise it might break. Overall, a good phone holder, but not one I see myself using every day.
