Overall I am impressed by its effects, did not feel anxious like I would with caffeine. My only recommendation is to eat well and drink lots of water. This did suppress my hunger a bit and had to remind myself to eat.

The pills have not boosted my energy or done anything for me as advertised. This was a waste of my money . I wish I could return the item.
