Been using earplugs for decades, and would highly recommend these
I am a very experienced earplug user....have had to wear earplugs for decades as I am a light sleeper, and any noise wakes me up. Many years ago I used to use the regular foam earplugs that you can buy in chemists, but when I started buying from Amazon years ago, I tried various different types of earplugs. When I started using the wax Bio Ears, I found that they reduced the noise levels even more, so I've been using those for several years now. There are a few niggly problems with those though...they are extremely expensive, and regularly would stick to my hair if I laid on my side. Trying to get the wax off my hair resulted in having to roll it down the hair shaft, resulting in many tiny, wee balls of wax. Occasionally, I would find a knot in my hair like that of old chewing gum, it was impossible to then get rid of the wax, and would result in me having to cut the knot out. Last year, I decided to go back and try foam earplugs again. The reviews were mainly good, but I just couldn't get on with them. They would frequently fall out in the middle of the night, and took 5-6 minutes of physically holding them in my ears, whilst they expanded. If I didn't hold them there, then the expansion would just push them out, and I'd have to start all over again. I also found them incredibly uncomfortable, and actually painful, which was worrying. I went back to Bio Ears. This time around, I decided to give these ones a try. They were almost half the cost of Bio Ears, (although they don't have the antimicrobial benefits). I was apprehensive, but I'm happy to say that I am a convert! They are really good! I am tempted to say that they might just block out more outside noise than the Bio Ears ones, but I guess that is subjective. They are very slightly bigger, so I think that might help. What I really love too, is that although they stick to my hair sometimes, it is much easier to get my hair off them. There are no sticky ballls of wax to contend with. My hair just pulls right out with seemingly no residue left on the hair, and so far I've had no chewing gum-like knots. They have about the same "life" as the Bio Ears, before they lose their stickiness. NOTE: I only use earplugs for outside noise, and for the noise of my radiators coming on in the morning....not for snoring. IMPORTANT: it is vitally important, with these wax type earplugs that you don't insert them into the ear....they just "cover over" the ear to make a seal. UPDATE: after using up my first pack of 6 pairs of these, I am still very happy with them, and have just been researching the cheapest way to buy these as, with being in bed with a migraine for 2-4 days a week, I do use up a lot of earplugs! Have just ordered 36 pairs, at a cost of 66p a pair. This is very good for silicon earplugs, as they are all very expensive. SAFETY WARNING FOR OTHER EARPLUGS RATED 27db: I was having a look around the site a few days ago, and came across some blue earplugs, that apparently are washable, so one pack is supposed to last an entire year. I must say, I am very sceptical of that. They also block out 27dbs, which is much higher than other earplugs, including Macks. I would definitely warn against buying these, as I had a small fire in my living room last year (my tv caught fire in the early hours of the morning!). I was upstairs, asleep, with my Macks earplugs in, and gradually came to, hearing a distant noise. I had no idea what it was. I thought I'd set my mobile or alarm clock to go off at the wrong time, so I was fiddling about with them (whilst still wearing my earplugs), only to realise it wasn't them. It was still a distant noise, through the earplugs, buy was annoying me, so I took the earplugs out, and it then that I realised it was a really loud alarm going off in my house! I've never had a fire before, so didn't initially realise that it was my smoke alarms going off (one of which is outside my bedroom door, on the landing!). I was still confused at why my two smoke alarms were going off (smoke alarms are generally 85dbs), but then I noticed the smoke! I was really shocked, when I opened my partially open living room door, to find 1.5' flames coming out of my tv, and the room full of smoke!! Anyway, what I am trying to get at here, is that, if I had have had 27bd earplugs in, I might not be here today, as it is likely I wouldn't have heard the alarms at all!! A scary thought! I am still using my Mack's 23db earplugs, and am still very happy with them.

Very good & no sore ears.
Top tips: Divide each wax ball into two smaller wax balls, one for each ear. Each morning, wash both wax balls in soapy water each morning so they continue to stick to your ears - this way each pair will last several days to a week, and each box will last ~2 months. While these wax plugs don't block as much noise as foam plus, they still block a lot, and crucially they don't irritate your ears so you can use them long term. And because they don't block ALL noise, you don't become totally dependent upon absolute silence in order to sleep.

Have used these to sleep with for a long time
My go to ear plugs to block out noise at night from various sources - mostly noisy neighbours and noise from outside such as foxes and air traffic. They work well and I sleep better when I use them, as I’m a fairly light sleeper. I have also found them to be good for daytime naps in combination with an eye mask. They take getting used to as they make your ear feel ‘full’. But I find mouldable ear plugs much more effective than other styles at blocking out noise. If you store them in the plastic box between uses, you can usually use them multiple times. I would say around three times on average before they stop staying in well. Although recently I have started using a fresh pair every night to ensure they stay in, as I stir a lot during the night and have found that with a fresh pair they are not likely to fall out. But on subsequent nights with my stirring there’s a greater chance of one of them falling out at some point. Overall a good product and easy to use.

Perfect
I have been using the Mack's Pillow Soft Silicone Earplugs for sleeping and they have made a noticeable difference in how easily I fall asleep and how well I stay asleep through the night. The earplugs are made from very soft moldable silicone that gently shapes to the outside of the ear, which creates a comfortable seal without the pressure that some foam earplugs cause. Because they form a tight seal over the ear opening they help reduce surrounding noise by about 22 decibels, which is enough to noticeably soften sounds like traffic, people talking, or someone snoring nearby. This makes the room feel much quieter and helps my mind relax instead of being distracted by outside noise. I also like that they are soft enough to wear while lying on a pillow and they do not feel irritating during the night. Another benefit is that they can be reused a few times before replacing them, so a pack lasts a long time. Overall they are a simple but really effective solution if you struggle with sleep because of noise, travel often, or just want a calmer and quieter environment at night.

Not as good as I first thought
I've used these for a while now and for different purposes. I was staying in a hotel one night and I had to use these because the hotel was on a busy street and the noise outside was too loud. Trucks unloading things for shops, people chatting in cafés, teens playing on the street and joking, alarms and so on and although it did block some of the noise, enough came through where it was still unpleasant to listen to. I could hear seagulls the following morning making those annoying sounds they make when there is food and they are fighting over it. Woke me up despite having these in. More recently, some neighbours were having a party and you could hear the kick from the drum a kilometer away. Normally, cheap foam plugs would block out the noise quite nicely, but these let a lot of the thud of the kick get through, so it was still unpleasant. Don't get me wrong, they DO block some of the noise, so if there are less loud noises happening around you and you are a light sleeper, these would work fine. But if you have bad neighbours like I have that have house parties all the time, then these won't do. A brand I bought once here called "Beary Quiet" did the job almost perfectly. So take this into consideration when purchasing these.

Best result and most comfortable use. Compared to experience with many other noise cancelling items.
Video is a simple unboxing. See my opinion on these plugs below: I like my peace and quiet. I value my sleep as well. I'm quite sensitive to noise at night and in general don't like to involuntarily listen to other people's music. In the past I've used: - those yellow cone throw away ear plugs. Comfort level was okay, but effectivity insufficient to block out music in the room next to me. - I've also used the yellow rubber 'pine tree bubble' shaped ear plugs that often have a little cord and are sometimes used by workmen. Some of those were pretty good in cancelling out noise. But my ears would hurt if I'd wear them the whole night. - I've also used custom made (hard silicone maybe) ear plugs from an ear doctor. They were very good both in comfort level and noise reduction. They were £40 pounds to make. However it being only one set, after losing one, they were basically useless. - I've also at times used actual noise cancelling ear phones. Very good noise blocking. Comfort of inner ear is good, but over time around the ears and the whole head can start to ache. Bit of a long story, but it might save you from going through all those options ;-) These moldable earplugs are definitely the best item I've used for this purpose so far and I've been using them for over a year now. - They are extremely comfortable compared to many other options as they 'mold' to your ear. Also they don't stick out from your ear much so you can sleep on your side. - They cancel noise really well, as much as you can expect from a product like this. So it scores very well on the important aspects and I would highly recommend them. Some things to consider: - You do need to change a pair every 5 (or so) days because they get dirty with having dust, hairs and fluff from your bed stick to them. (Tip, if they get a little dirty re-kneed them to get a bit more usage out of them.) - Being basically airtight it does, very slightly, have an impact on the nose-mouth-ear airflow. Your ears can't 'breathe' as they normally would. - It can also cause the inside of your ear to clog up a bit quicker in dirtiness, so keep an eye on that. - Being an item that needs to be replaced, you will have to buy new ones every now and again. But a whole box or set of three boxes (with medium usage of a few times a week) can go a long way and sleep being so vital it's more than worth it. Basically I would highly recommend them.

Excelente.
Excelente producto!!!.

My favorite earplugs
Macks really are pillow soft silicone earplugs. I have tried other brands when I couldn't get Macks and the silicone is hard and difficult to mold to your ear. Macks are easily pliable to mold to your ear and stay soft which makes it easier to sleep on either side. They also don't go in as deep as the foam earplugs that can go in too deep and hurt your ears. Macks are the best earplugs I have ever used and I won't use anything else from now on.
