Very good for treating styes and chalazions. My Dr recommended it after I had been struggling with a chalazion for two months. Now I am using it on a stye and it has helped it heal in a week. Very comfortable to wear, much better and manageable than the warm washcloth compresses. It is also very relaxing, I often fall asleep while doing a treatment.

Timer up to an hour and three heating levels. So relaxing for eye strain and migraines.

They sure feel good on puffy lower eye lids.

This little eye mask is perfect. I don’t see why some people reviewed it saying it was uncomfortable. The strap is very adjustable. I feel like I have a large head with a lot of hair and it fits perfectly for me. It’s a very comfortable mask. I love that the timer can be set for up to 60 minutes. I had lasik that did not work and gave me dry eye. My doctor recommended heated eye masks. I’ve tried some in the past, but you couldn’t take off the cover to wash it. I like too that this has a long enough cord so you can lay in bed. The temperatures are spot on. And you can spray it with water so you get some extra moisture which I also like. Altogether I find this a superior product, highly recommend.

I order the Mutilplx Heated Eye Mask to help with severe dry eyes. The Mutilplx Heated Eye Mask I ordered heated up fast and was comfortable and adjustable. It almost came as advertised. The 1 issue I had with it was that the eye mask timer did not work. If I set the timer for a 15 minute therapy session it may stay on for 2 to 5 minutes if that long before it randomly cut itself off. Sometimes when it powers off I would have to unplug it and plug it in again before it would power back on. I contacted Amazon through their return process and I requested a replacement because I really liked the comfort and adjustability and the fact that it heated up quickly. My new mask arrived a day or 2 later but to my surprise, it was not a new mask. The package was sealed but the Eye mask in the box was not packaged like the 1st one I ordered and when I looked closer at the mask, there was someone's hairs on it, several of them. I have no words to express how disappointed and disgusted I am. I requested a refund through the Amazon return process

This heated mask is a wonderful addition to my management of dry eye and awakening ptosis (the sealing shut of one's eyes after a few hours of sleep). I use the highest level of heat for 15 minutes morning and night. It's both soothing and "eye opening." To clean, I use face wipes designed to remove makeup to remove eye drop residue that spreads to the mask. Being able to plug the mask in right next to my bed makes it far more convenient and effective than eye masks that must be heated in a microwave

My mom loves it, she says it helps her migraines and dry eye pain so much!

Tried this eye mask in December '24 and it quit working by August '25 ~ just stopped heating. I liked many things about it, mainly that it gets good and hot and the timer goes up to 30 minutes ~ it takes a lot to get the built up oils in my glands to release. A problem I had with it is it felt like there were two little hard squares pushing on my eyeballs ~ my eyes are swollen and a bit bulged as a result of my issues and the mask pressure made them uncomfortable. Loosening the tension on the strap didn't help this because then it wouldn't stay firmly in place. Also the cord is a pain and too short if you wear it to sleep and are trying to get situated it can pull you back. Would appreciate a different fabric than the bright cheap blue velvet, but that wouldn't be a game changer really if the mask continued to work. So, it's just okay and if you don't mind throwing things away and getting a new one, it's a pretty good price ~ but I won't be buying it again. Back on the hunt for the perfect mask.

So soft and comfortable but can get quite warm. I’m ok with the heat because I just turn it down when it gets too uncomfortable. I have bad dry eye so I know you need a proper hot heat for treatment. Also the timer is very versatile ranging from 15 minutes to 60 minutes and works great for me. The fit is great the adjustable strap never moves so it always sits nicely on my eyes. I use my power bank for power so taking this with me any where I go is so convenient, very portable Price point is very good Very pleased with my purchase and always appreciate receiving a product that is exactly as described. I’ll definitely get my money’s worth but most importantly I’m happy for its usefulness

My husband and son both have dry eyes and these mask really helps to relieve the dryness, they both love the fact that they are rechargeable. These mask are used everyday!
