As far as I'm concerned this is a perfect desk toolset. You can chuck it in a drawer and then if and when you need to do something that requires pretty much any sort of security bit, it's there. It includes both a palm ratchet and a screwdriver-pen ratchet. Good buy.

I tried using it to tighten a bolt on a pair of painting stilts, and the gear inside (sorry I don't know the technical names for the components in a ratchet tool) broke. Now it just spins freely. Update: The manufacturer sent me a replacement ratchet, and it is working perfectly. Customer service like that is always appreciated and respected! I think the first one I got was just a dud.

I bought this because I had a gift card and couldn't think of anything else I wanted. I was expecting it to be gimmicky and had relatively low expectations. Wow, I was wrong. I love this set. It's now my go to driver in my home tool kit. I'm not sure how well it would hold up to commercial use, but I'm not sure that's what it's intended for. Even so, I wouldn't be surprised if it held up to that kind of abuse just based on how sturdy it feels. The case has no hinges, it's held closed by magnets that are plenty strong enough to confidently pick the set up from the lid. I've used this set regularly over the past year, and it'd held up quite nicely. The variety of bits included is generous and so far has met all my needs without having to dig out any additional ones from other sets. As other reviews have noted, it has slipped a couple of times, but it hasn't been bad enough for me to bust out the drill and try the fix that others have sworn by. All in all, it's a great compact driver set that fits neatly in my tool bag, and an item that I reach for regularly. If I see another gadget from this company again, I'll probably have to give it a try too.

After purchasing and being quite impressed with their smaller kit, I decided to buy this one too. The bits are TOP quality. Flawless and made from S2 steel. They test to 58-60 Rockwell hardness. Nice selection that will cover most needs. The little bit driver handle is also great. Back portion spins on an actual bearing, you can use it in 2 different lengths, and can use both 4mm and 1/4 bits. The way you can also use the bit driver as handles on the little palm ratchet is also neat. Sockets look and feel low quality and have some MAJOR flaws. Like they got caught in the machinery they were made in maybe. They are perfectly functionable, but the flaws they have really irk me. Especially compared to the quality of everything else(minus the ratchet). I'll attach some pics showing the flaws/damage. So the ratchet... For somethings that's gearless, and supposed to be smooth, well, it's not smooth at all. It's quite notchy. It clicks while turning. Changing the direction just feels clunky and cheap. Hopefully I just received a defective one, and others don't feel like this. Compared to my other gearless ratchets, this one is horrible. Kinda sucks, as the palm ratchet was the main reason I bought this kit. If they improved the ratchet and paid a bit more attention to the socket quality, this would be quite a good little set.

The product is nice but the ratcheting is weak. I broke my in the first week of use. I messaged the seller and they quickly responded and sent the replacement. I have not received the replacement but the seller is very responsive. Just remember not to torque to high.

Like everything about this little tool kit. Only watch out is that the lid only secures via strong magnets, not a latch. It holds it tight while sitting around, but if you drop it you will be picking up every single bit and spend a good bit of time finding their spots in the kit again. Wish the lid could also have a secure latch option.

Poor product, not at all "gearless". Ratcheting mechanism VERY weak. Seems poorly made otherwise, as the handle with ratchet follower rollers popped open, due to a weak circlip. Some of the accessories are useable, but the screwdriver bits are soft and weak, deform very easily.

Great product, quality it's remarkable, highly recommend it. Perfect for smooth and not high torque repairs, easy to use, carrying case keeps everything organized and store perfectly,

The unique handle is great to have for certain jobs, where a regular screwdriver just won't cut it to get the job done. Highly recommend product.
