Came with a broken part,contacted seller & got no reply.However,my brother in law ,who can fix amything,had the pipe attachment thingy in the boot of his car.He got it from poundland so didnt charge me.So well done bro in law, boo to the seller for not even responding! Works fine just need to show the men of the house how to use it because I've got enough to do!

some of the spare part can be bought at the iron mongers at half the price that Max charge the water inlet on mine broke after only using it once, then I noticed other people saying theirs had broken too, I bought a metal one from my local iron monger for £3.99 it turns out the water inlet part is also a tap fitting for screw on taps

This is for domestic use , cars and driveways and so on. My only gripe is the water connection is very weak and breaks very easily.

Well worth the money

The box was open on delivery, one wheel was broken, I only had one nozzle, that is the powerful one, I need the ordinary one, apart from that, the machine works very well. There was no instruction book in with the machine. I would like to have the wheel, book, and nozzle. I needed to use the washer badly so I used it rather than send it back.

I got one of these over a year ago, it's powerful and light to carry or wheel about, only concern is that i had to replace the inlet connector for a brass one because the plastic was too weak and split! A year later the trigger failed and started to leak and looking at a new trigger or hose set now! I will be looking for a compatible one that's stronger if I can find one of course? The actual base unit is fine the black hard plastic on the hose inlet and trigger is too weak for long term use in my experience! Sorry Vax! :(

Bought mine first from VAX. £30!! Am amazed by the power this little washer has got. It does get a bit addictive, cleaning everything in sight though so mind your water bills...
