Is there a warranty?

Thanks for your question. Yes there is a warranty! We have updated the warranty to 24 months. All AUVON products come with a 24 month warranty. If you experience any issues with the device and it is still covered under warranty, then please contact our customer service and we will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.

How does this compare to tens 7000

It doesn't!  I have a tens 7000 and got this for the rechargeable battery.  There is no Normal mode on this.  Each mode is a minor variation on low intensity ramping to high then pause and repeat.  Adjusting the power is a lot of clicking!  And some times it's too low but just one click and it's too high, there's no in between.  I have no idea why this has such high reviews.  If you've used a tens 7000 you're going to find yourself disappointed in this.

Why does this not have a universal charging port?

What are the correct size replacement cords for this item?

Thanks for your question. If you are using the old product then you will need a 2mm lead wire. If you are using the 4th generation then you will need to purchase a 2.35mm lead wire. Keep in mind that this ONLY refers to the end of the wire that connects to the device. For the pads, all devices use a 2mm pin connector. Also the AUVON lead wire is only suitable for electrode pads with a 2mm pin connector, is it not compatible with the snap-on pads.
