My husband and I have been taking this for 3 months and we can tell a difference in how we feel. I noticed a review with a 1 star rating and how it was runny and didn’t seem Real. On the contrary, all our bottles have been thick and when we first open it - it has a golden film on top depicting the purity and quality of this product. We are 100% satisfied in the purity, quality and taste and health benefits of this product. We just bought 4 more bottles. We take it directly under our tongue every morning. We both had a long term Congestion feeling in our lungs- my husband used to cough every morning and since taking this product no more morning coughing and our lungs feel 1000% clear! A+ benefit!

I'm 45 and wanted to try this mainly for gut health and energy and i can say it's definitely delivered. Not sure if I felt it immediately but, I definitely did after the first couple days. Not only has it helped with my gut and energy but, my mind feels clear and I'm more thoughtful with my actions. My mood has improved so dramatically it's almost unbelievable that it's all coming from just this but, I haven't changed anything else so I'm giving the credit to shilajit. I did go through the jar in two weeks because I was taking it twice a day and probably twice to recommend serving but, the night dose was keeping me up a little so I doubled up my morning dose. Everybody's different and its going to effect ppl differently but, if ppl had my experience this stuff would be flying off the shelves

I've used shilajit for a few months now and with every brand I've tried, the product is virtually the same: same taste, same smell, same texture, etc. This brand here was different in more than one way, and not in a good way. It was very runny (and the temp in my house is 70°). I can pour it out of the jar as seen in pic. It also had a much nastier taste and smell compared to the others I've tried. It didn't pass the pliability test. When I put it in my fridge over night, it was still very gooey and mildly runny. Everything I've read stated it should harden up in fridge. It did not. Other brands did. It also didn't pass the alcohol or burn test. It dissolved in alcohol to a very small degree and left the alcohol with a mild cloudy tint. It did not fully dissolve though. Thats a good thing. But clearly not pure shilajit. Other brands did not dissolve at all. Those had to of been impurities dissolving with this brand. It also caught fire after holding a lighter to it for about 15 seconds and kept burning until it became ash. It's not supposed to ignite. I don't doubt there's shilajit in that jar, but based on what I've seen, it's low quality or mixed with fillers and impurities. Maybe I'm wrong though. Do your own research.

My husband bought this to try out a couple months ago. Mind you, I had no idea. I started noticing positive behavioral changes in him that I’d been begging for. I wasn’t sure what changed him but I was happy with it. He’s in a better mood, he’s much more energetic, and seems to sleep better too. And he works nights. So that should speak volumes. Once he told me he bought this stuff, it all made sense to me. I noticed he was out of this stuff a couple weeks ago. I also noticed he wasn’t the same energetic person he was with this. So you can guess what his valentine gift was. If he doesn’t replenish this, I will. That’s how good this is.

This product works as advertised, Will buy more from this company, very satisfied father at 43 and still have plenty of energy, gave me an extra boost with more focus.
