VEVOR X-Axis Power Feed for Milling Machine 450 in-lb Torque 0-200RPM Fixed

It works for my x axis ( I got the 450 in lbs one) it has enough power to move the table in and out. I had read that I would have to modify a bushing in other reviews. It would also be a simple matter to include a bushing for a Bridgeport. I have a lathe so it wasn't a big deal. I suppose that most people who have a mill also have a lathe but I'm also sure that not everyone does. It seems to maintain a constant speed so I really like it.

I gave this 5 stars ONLY to keep them from erasing the review. They claim that this fits a bridgeport mill. Yes it will but you have to modify it to fit. It is not a direct replacement. The key way in the drive gear is poorly machined , Shim pac was missing, and the instruction un readable. The bracket that mounts to machine had to be modified as well The ONLY WAY i got mine to work was to rob parts from other machine to get it to work. After I got it to work the motor was LOUD and runs ruff .If you contact the seller he will ask for pictures. This is a stall tactic. He uses it on other web sites too!!. I am a season machinist and I can tell you, this is JUNK . GOOD LUCK WITH COSTUMER SERVICE TOO ! Cause as soon as he gets you money the warrant ENDS.

As most have said, some fitting is required. For me, the key way for the lead screw woodruff key was too narrow and too short. I used a hand file to open it up. Did a little bit at a time. Everything else fit the way it should have. I have a Bridgeport J-head. It works well though. The instructions are terrible. That’s what had me drop it to 4 instead of 5 stars.

Fit my 67 Bridgeport just fine, takes a bit of playing to get the shims just right as other reviews have stated. Five stars for doing everything a $100 power feed should do.

THE POWER FEED COMES WITH A 3 mm SLOT IN THE DRIVE-RING-GEAR WHICH DOES NOT FIT THE 1/8 INCH WOODRUFF KEY IN THE BRIDGPORT X-AXIS LEAD SCREW. THREE mm WON'T FIT OVER A 1/8 KEY. THE INSTALLATIONS INSTRUCTIONS ARE THE TIPICAL CHINESE NONSENSE. BACKLASH ADJUSTMENT FOR THE DRIVE GEAR IS IMPORTANT AND AN INTELEGEND DESCRIPTION OF HOW TO SET IT IS COMPLTLY MISSING FROM THE INSTALLATION GUIDE. THERE IS SOMETHING ABOUT 2mm BUT NOT STATED AS TO WHAT THE 2mm IS MEASURED FROM, CLEARLY THE GEARS WILL NOT MESH, OR WORSE WILL STRIP, WITH A 2mm BACKLASH. i CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT 4 TIMES ON THE FALSE ADVERTISING ABOUT FITTING A BRIDGPORT AND REQUESTED THEY SEND THE CORRECT GEAR. THEY SAID THAT TECHNICAL HELP WOULD GET BACK TO ME-- HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD IN A MONTH.

My vertical mill is not a supported model, but I was able to adapt this 450oz/in unit to a LHS drive using a steel plate, few sprockets and a length of chain. the handle has different detents behind it, and it can be converted to a horizontal mount pretty easy. drive shaft was 8mm, so a type 25 chain fit with some relief around what used to be the bevel gear. (B09QSQZY47) Overall, once it got it in, it works as it should, easy to set speed and change direction with the left hand and add oil with the right. The steel support plate doubles as a spot to stick down a large magnetic tray with collets and mill bits. also, my light clips on in just the right spot.

No lo había podido instalar, y al hacerlo el engrane esta mal, se ve un motor reparado o descompuesto. Perdí mi dinero. el engrane venia manchado de grasa negra .
