Dr recommended this to help my sleep issues. She recc’ed a trio of supplements but this was the only one that was new to me (the other two are inositol and Magnesium glycinate). In combination with all the other things I’m doing towards better sleep during this new phase in life (peri-menopause??)—this has helped. But its true value to me is that it makes my matcha taste so good. I love coffee but bc of an increase in UTI’s and other reasons—I’ve bn needing to find an alternative to my morning beverage. Mushroom coffee, tea, tried so many—but nothing as satisfying. I’ve never liked matcha but I knew i could “train” my tongue if it was for all its health benefits (PCOS,etc). This glycine mixed w my matcha makes it my favorite part of my morning now!! We havent added sugar to any of our drinks for over a decade—so we can “save” that sugar and calories for something more worthy, lol. But this glycine gives just the slightest sweetness and makes the matcha not just palatable but delightful. And when i discovered alllll the other benefits of glycine powder like it aiding collagen production and hence helping joint health, SKINNNNN, reducing insulin resistance, helping produce glutathione (a powerful antioxidant), and so many more—I was hooked. It mixes so easily in hot beverages, helps me feel better overall. My skin looking better might be a placebo effect, but as part of a holistic approach to better sleep and health—I’ve been loving this glycine powder.

I mix this glycine powder into water and use it to wash down my magnesium capsules. It dissolves easily and has a mild, clean, somewhat sweet taste that makes taking my evening supplements much easier. It's a high-quality product.

I bought this glycine powder to help with sleep and relaxation, especially because I work long shifts. It mixes easily in water and has a slightly sweet taste, which I don’t mind. The actual product works great & tastes great too.... but, the opening in the package is too small to get a grown man's hand into! I have to push or "squish" the top of the package down to reach the actual glycine with my scoop... I hope they can increase the size of the package/opening!!!

This is my second time ordering this brand of Glycine Powder... which means I liked it enough to order a second time. This is a good, basic Glycine Powder with all associated benefits, and the two-pound package is the best bang for the buck that I have found.

It works great for helping me sleep , prescription sleeping pills didn't work . I'm adding another supplement soon that should make this work better for sleeping !

I've been using this for about three months because I'm one of those people who need cool air to sleep. I actually feel cooler at night. I take a tablespoon two hours before I sleep. It's tasteless and definitely a better value than buying pills in a bottle.

Started off doing 1 serving a day. Now I put 3 servings in my morning shake (9g). Glycine is such a well studied and great supplement especially being over 40 with skin losing elasticity and many other benefits. I like Bulk Supplements because their ingredients are simple and high quality. I switched to this after using another brand for a while that ran out of stock. I use Bulk Supplements Hydrolyzed Whey Protein, so it was an easy substitution and now permanent switch.
