I have purchased this item and started using it today, I feel this is good.

initially for 2 -3 days, the water quality had improved ..tds was reduced from 670 ppm to around 200 pm.. however, after that it hardly reduces any tds... within 7 days, the hardness reduces by just 10%..very ineffective product... not value for moneyI do not on what basis the manufacturer is claiming 6 months filter life when it has became ineffective within a week

The tap filter is nice easily installed by me without any external help... difference in water can be seen...nice Product

I don't usually give reviews. I am lazy af. But here i couldn't resist. This is the only product that worked for my hair.If someone is loosing hair due to hard please go with this. You won't regret it. Trust me.

The product is really good and it's not a softner. There is filter cartridge inside which filters the sediments and doesn't not soften the water. It's wrong advertisement.I can notice a huge difference in the sediments being blocked and the buckets that is filled has clear water but before I could see the silt floating after filling the bucket and keep it overnight.3 star because of incorrect advertising and misleading public. It's not softner but a filter because the hardness of water still remains which is measured a TDS. TDS remains same.

The media could not be loaded. A water softener works by using a process called ion exchange to reduce water hardness. It exchanges the calcium and magnesium ions in hard water with sodium ions, effectively softening the water. This is achieved through a resin bed in a tank, which attracts and holds onto the hardness minerals, while releasing sodium ions into the water.This is not a real softener, I am still wondering how people gives good rating for this. It doesn't soften the water as advertised, if you do a small research on how the real water softener works then you will understand these softeners are just a filters that doesn't soften the water. Also it got broken with my water pressure within 6 months of usage. See the attached video evidence. Complete waste of money and stopped using it.

Product is as expected, got soft water and no complaints regarding filter however the the build quality is a bit low as the top of the filter is weak and got a crack while fitting but the important thing was there was water leaking from bottom of the fitting. You can see in the photo shared
