NarwhalCo Set of 2 Black Small Pens (3.35") for Pocket, Wallet, Planner, Purse or Passport

I use these pens for my field notes and they work great. They are a bit smaller than I anticipated but mini means mini. I just wish they were slightly larger for my hands and the notebook cover for my field notes can afford something a little larger. I received two pens and two refills. I have been using one of the pens without issue when writing in my field notes. I do like the way they write. I think the main reason I chose these over other pens was because of the lifetime refills. This may be the last two mini pens I ever purchase. I have not utilized that benefit as of yet but I will when I need to. All in all, for the price, you can't beat what you get. They feel premium and although they are a little smaller than I would like, they feel great and write great so I can't complain. I would recommend these to anyone who needs a good set of pens for their field notes.

I'm an artist and I often find my self with an urge to draw whenever I'm in a big family reunion and I'm not part of the conversation, this often means looking for a pen, which sounds easy enough but is not always the case, most people don't carry one, or are not comfortable sharing. Carrying a normal pen around sounds like an easy solution, but it can become hassle, I prefer to carry the less things with me as possible when I go out which means carrying a normal sized pen in my pocket, and that can be uncomfortable and surprisingly easy to lose. A wallet pen is the solution I thought of and was very happy to find narwhal co. was creating such pens, all I have to carry with me now is my wallet winch I already did before, the pen fits perfectly inside and I was happy to discover it creates no discomfort. Another small quality of life improvement I get from this is when I travel, I travel overseas a semi frequently, when I do filling migration forms can become a little frustrating if you don't carry a pen around but this solves any issues. If you are in a similar situation to mine this pen may be just what you need, great quality.

I habitually carry a small pen in my wallet on a daily basis. Even with my phone and numerous bluetooth headsets that let me activate Siri, Google Assistant, etc., the pen has made things very convenient. Unfortunately, the previous pen I usually carried (from an entirely different company) would eventually unscrew at the clip and get lost - I have lost two or three over the years. In addition, that pen would extend by itself. Thus far, this NarwhalCo pen has avoided all such problems. It fits perfectly in my wallet fold, does not need an extending mechanism to function, does not rotate on its own, and seems to have a very sturdy clip. If you consider the warranty and free refills, it's quite an amazing deal. I suspect this set will last me quite a long time. By the way, it writes pretty smoothly, as well.

This Narwhal pen is a little thinner than the one that it is replacing (but about the same length), so I'm still getting adjusted to it. But it writes smoothly and is well made. I've carried a less than 4" long pen with me for at least the last 10 years because the standard pens often put holes in the short pockets on some of my shirts. Also, if necessary, this pen fits into the coin pocket on most of my jeans, so I can wear shirts without a pocket and still carry a pen. I ordered the 2 pack of pens, which come in a cute metal tube with a cap, which contains both pens and 2 refills . Each pen has its own velvet-like pocket - a nice touch. So far I'm quite satisfied with my new Narwhal. and I expect that will continue to be the case over time.
