The tape backing for the strip lighting has excellent adhesion. Remote control comes with its own battery; three AA batteries are required for the main unit. Negatives? Wiring cannot be disconnected so preplanning an installation may be needed. Lights are bright and beautiful, particularly the "white" setting. For $10 its a no-brainer.

So far, I’m on my second replacement. I bought two for a 3D printed project, but one failed after just two days, and the other after three. The lights are nice and bright, but what happened to quality? The adhesion was subpar; it came off right after I applied it. The remote works well, but I should have paid a little more for better quality.

I received this light really fast from the seller. I tested the light, and it performed as advertised. After placing three AA batteries in the battery pack, I confirmed the operation and options. I wish the strobing lights was a little faster but the other two options worked as expected. I did see a few times where the lights had some intermittent connectivity issues but after a few tries, this issue would go away. Sometimes the light would not turn on. Not sure if this issue is coming from the battery pack or the LED strip.

I like the ease of installation. 6’ was perfect for my bar. The lights could be brighter, but they are acceptable. Many colors and actions to choose from. The remote is not so good. It takes several presses to get it to do anything. Having said that, for an inexpensive led light set, I would recommend them.

We just received a new display cabinet that is 6 foot tall and 2 feet wide and deep. It did not come with any lighting. This lighting strip works perfectly to light the entire cabinet by installing it vertically from top to bottom on the hinge side of the cabinet door. It was easy to install, simply peel and stick on the desired area. It is cuttable, but be sure to only cut on the specified areas. The remote works perfect, from anywhere in the room. All remote functions work as described. White is the brightest color, but it has a blue tint. Works great!

Beautiful colors! I definitely like this light strip. It looks beautiful in my shadowbox. You can cut it shorter if needed. It takes 3 AA batteries. The lights are bright and clear colors, see photo (the lights can be set to a single color or a few different settings to flash or fade through the colors). They are easy to install. They come with an adhesive strip on the back of the light strip and it sticks pretty well to my shadowbox. I will definitely order more of these.

When I got this, I wasn't exactly impressed with the different cycle or fade options, but it got the job done... for all of 2 weeks that is. After that, the remote completely stopped working, and it was stuck on red (when it would even turn on). I figured it was just a dud, so I returned it and got a replacement. Out of the box, it worked fine, then a few hours later, the same issue started. It was nonresponsive to the remote, and just randomly turned off. I already got a replacement another brand for less than $10 more, but its well worth the vastly superior quality (3x longer strip and an app that supports 100s of cycles/themes and completely customizable patterns).

Very weak lighting, lack luster. “White” light is blue. Colors not very vibrant.

There are two springs for one battery and other slot has none.

Works and looks great. Very easy to install and the 3m adhesive is very sticky. Battery life seems good as well.
