Read the descriptions
I was very surprised to receive this box of snacks. While it was well packaged and was delivered in a timely fashion, it is my own fault for not reading the description thoroughly. What I wanted was a large bag of sour patch kids for a family member who loves them. He will still love the variety that was sent, but I only went by the photo and the title. No bad grades here. It will still be enjoyed

Over 2lbs of candy
Pleased with the on time shipping and packaging. I weighed the bag of candy and it was 2lbs 1.8oz (over2lbs). Candy includes mini Swedish fish and fun size sour patch kids which are the two kinds my kids like the best! Thanks for the candy. My tweens are going to love it!

No sour patch watermelon!!
Package came with only regular sour patch and tropical sour patch snack size bags. A few big sour patch big guys, but not many. Zero watermelon flavor which is a class favorite. I ordered thinking I would get a variety, but that is not the case. If you’re hunting for a sour patch watermelon restock, look elsewhere.

As a concerned parent, I recently purchased the Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish Mix for my teenage son. Regrettably, the experience fell far short of expectations. This not only detracted from the value but also left us feeling cheated as consumers. Furthermore, the lack of variety in Sour Patch Kids flavors was disheartening. Despite the enticing picture and description suggesting a diverse selection, we were met with only one flavor of Sour Patch Kids. This inconsistency between marketing and reality is not only misleading but also undermines the trust consumers place in the product. As a consumer who values honesty and transparency, I cannot in good conscience recommend the Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish Mix. Until these issues are addressed, I urge others to exercise caution when considering this product. Businesses must prioritize accuracy in their representations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Update 4/3/2024 I'm pleased to hear that a partial refund was issued promptly. Understanding that the error stemmed from a supplier issue shows transparency and accountability. I truly appreciate your efforts in resolving the issue. Looking forward to future shopping experiences with your store!
