Lifts & provides a stiff, hard surface platform for chairs to assist in recovery. Great quality. At 1/4 the price of brand name. Be sure to check the size of your chair or surface requiring “boosting” they come in different sizes-to optimize stability & support.

Good quality, soft enough for kneeling after knee replacement but also sturdy enough to stand on for balance training. The texture works well to eliminate slipping it is quite thick, shape bounces back immediately after use. Definitely recommend this product. I purchased for a sore knee after injury for use at the gym for yoga style class.

My PCP referred me for PT to work on my balance. We used one of these every week in my sessions. I never saw or heard of one of these until then. Its sponginess makes it a bit challenging to stand on and maintain my balance. That is the whole point. I use it almost daily as a start to my home workout: one foot in front of the other, holding a 5 lb weight in front of my with both hands and then trace the Alphabet with outstretched arms and the 5lb weight. Try it. My PT recommended it as one of her most effective exercises to help with my balance. But you need one of these to really benefit from it. Make sure you get this size. There are smaller, cheaper pads. This one allows you to comfortably place one foot in front of the other. I've been using this for about six months now. Excellent investment in my health!

I purchased XHF UL Listed 1 Inch (25mm) 3:1 Waterproof Heat Shrink Tubing Marine Grade for exercise fitness. I found the pad too soft for fitness use however I found it as excellent use as knee pad.

I purchased these specifically to help with my knee recovery - to help improve strength and balance. The mats are perfect. Not too big. Not too small. They are nice and firm but not overly so; they provide the perfect amount of support. We’ll see how durable they are, but given the fine quality, I suspect they will last for quite a while. I definitely would recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Just ensure you get the correct size.

Exactly what I was looking for to self-coach depth for lunges and split squats. Good cushioning, size and weight. I'm not doing balance work on it. I use it for a soft landing spot and depth guide for my knee on rear step back lunges, bulgarians and skater squats. Prosource products are always high quality. Added plus is that it has has no smell whatsoever and I'm super sensitive to rubber, latex and pvc odors.

Love this. Didn't tear even after the dog got ahold of it. I love it! I use it for my knees but I use it mainly to sit on. I have used it, (and still do periodically), for exercising. It's size is absolutely fantastic especially considering I have a big ol wide butt/hips. The height, firmness, and functionality of it is absolutely perfect to hold my weight whether I am sitting on it, kneeling, or standing/exercising on it. I will say the durability is fantastic. The day it arrived and I unpackaged it, it was still covered in clear plastic but somehow my dog (a 77lb boxer just for reference) got ahold of it and started clawing at it and playing with it thinking it was some new toy. She tore the plastic and scratched just the surface of the foam but never penetrated it or tore a hole in the foam so that was a huge plus! I included a picture to show the "damage" that my boxer did to it, very miniscule considering her breed, size and weight that she put into clawing this foam. I def recommend it. If something ever happens to this one, I would buy it again.
