I hurt my knee and my 15 year old knee brace needed replaced. I bought this and it was too small for my leg. I had to stretch the straps as far as they would go just to attach them. It only comes in one size. 2 days later I ordered a different one that was bigger.

Provides enough stability and flexibility so that I can walk without inverting my knee. Even my doctor said I was wearing the best thing possible. I wen from hobbling to walking unassisted in 3 weeks from what would have normally been a 6-8 week stint. This does not absorb sweat and is very easy to clean. I'm glad I bought it and I've even recommended to a few friends. The straps offer a wide range of adjustability and I am very pleased with this product.

Years ago when I ordered this brace it was great! Not now. The two braces were different sizes and no two measurements anywhere were the same. I hadn't returned it and today pulled it out of storage and re-cut and sewed the connecting areas. In comparing it to the old and worn out one, I found the size was all together different and no two cut pieces were not alike due to sloppy pattern cutting in manufacture. I cannot recommend this product. The first one fit, this one, the second and the third did not, nor were they the same. Perhaps ACE has new owners. Hopefully they will improve their braces. The first pair fit, the second pair did not and were much larger along with irregular in size and even shape.

Fits good and gives needed support.
