A great pillow - especially if you’re a side sleeper
This pillow works well for me. It’s a little smaller than a standard size pillow, but it cradles the head and neck region and supports it well. If you’re a side sleeper, this may be a good option for you. I am no longer waking up with headaches, stiff neck, or pain in the upper shoulder area from sleeping on my side.

I literally cannot go without this pillow it is the most important thing to me being completely paralyzed it gives me the absolute support that I need for my neck without causing any issues

Not worth it
My husband and i purchased this pillow because we both snore. This pillow is so small and flat. I got zero relief. We are both still snoring. The only thing I got was neck pain. Total waste!

I had to try it!
I’ve had neck pain for years and really wanted this pillow to work. It did not bring pain relief but it is a really nice soft pillow. Thick material and good quality if you want a thick pillow. It is a smaller pillow, about half the size of a king size pillow. Two pillows came in my order. 4/5 stars it’s definitely worth trying!
