This is my third kahi balm purchase. This is my first time buying the refillable tube. This tube is so nice and well-designed. It’s better than the original and it’s less wasteful. There’s a lot of product in this tube and I’m expecting it to last me about 3-4 months with applying twice a day. It’s very moisturizing when I use my prescription tretinoin (usually that dries me out so bad!) and it lasts for several hours on my skin, giving me that glass skin look. It’s very easy to apply. I just swipe it on and rub it in a little. The scent is very subtle but I’m addicted to it. It’s not super sticky, but if I stick my face on a cat after applying the balm, cat hairs will stick to my face. I have one little wrinkle on my forehead and I haven’t noticed any difference in it. I’ve been using this since June 2024 and it’s December 2024, but the moisturizing ability is what makes this a must-have for me.

I bought the refillable balm and when I tried to purchase the refill, only to learn that they don’t make refills for this anymore.Wrote the company but being ignored and no response.What a scam.Also the scent stinks like old lady.Balm its self is kind of ok. But the scent really bothered me. And their customer service sucks.
