X2H Wireless Gaming Mouse, Mini, White

As my fourth Pulsar mouse purchase, I have to emphasize right off the bat: this thing is the real deal. It is every bit as good as the $250-$350 boutique mice we've seen in the last year. To start with, I'll give you my experience. My first experience with Pulsar was with their X2 Mini, which I found to be an outstanding mouse in almost all regards except in the sense that it for some reason "didn't feel totally right" in my hand (18x10cm for reference). I found that I never could really get a solid grip on it during fast-paced gaming moments for some reason, but never could put a finger on what it was. Fast forward a year and I hear about the X2H via Reddit and it suddenly all clicks in my head, 2001 "A Beautiful Mind" style. It was just missing a bit of weight and shape towards the back of the mouse! Immediately upon receiving my unit that theory was confirmed. This shape feels GREAT in the hand, to the point where I simply can't compare it to another shape on the market. It feels more solid, easier to control, and just all around a pleasure to use. Performance is also outstanding, especially when paired with the 4K Polling Dongle (sold separately for ~$20 at time of review). My testing consisted of multiple standardized movement tests using the MouseTester software at the following polling rates (in Hz): 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000. The results were sublime, as the connection was rock solid at suggested distance from the dongle (within 15") and even at my extreme test distance of 6' which included multiple other wireless devices between the dongle and mouse. No jitter, consistent latency, I couldn't have asked for better performance. In terms of clicks and buttons, the two primary clicks have a satisfying action that's on the firmer side (which I personally prefer). Side buttons are perfectly positioned and also provide a confident tactile acknowledgement when pressed. Which leads me to the only downside of the mouse, which might be subjective again as this is personal preference: For me personally, I find the scroll wheel action to be far too soft for my liking. I prefer a firm, consistent scroll step, especially for FPS gaming where you might be scrolling through weapons in a firefight. I found myself CONSTANTLY accidentally scrolling past the desired stop because the action was so light. Even after a few weeks of use, this is the only thing keeping the X2H Mini from being my go-to for gaming, which is a shame. Outside of gaming, however? This is what I'm rocking for work/browsing/etc. Such a great feeling mouse, just wish the scroll wheel was a bit stiffer. All in all, I highly recommend this to everyone considering it as it's an outstanding product. If you're fortunate enough to be in a position to go feel the shape before buying, go for it but be warned: your wallet is going to be $100 lighter when you leave.

Great looks, quality, and price

So nice to look at on your desk with the white aesthetic, while also having that clean minimal style. Performance is top tier. (Switching from the Razer Viper/Deathadder mice.)

Shape is perfect for an aggressive claw grip. The switches on the clicks feel like they have two separate actuations at times. But it doesn’t take too long to acclimate to. For 52 grams the shell has great build quality with no creaking.

As someone with smaller hands this is a great feeling mouse. It fits like a glove. Build quality feel is great as I don't notice any flexing or creaking. The mouse clicks feel pretty decent to me too. Maybe not the MOST crisp clicks ever, but I don't think it's an issue unless you are comparing literally side-by-side to another mouse of possibly higher quality. The sensor is very good in my opinion as my aim when I switched to my first pulsar mouse was noticeably better almost immediately. The higher hz polling is fantastic. I keep mine at 500hz though. Battery lasts quite a while at that setting. I think I charge my mouse about once every 3-4 weeks. No complaints about the scroll wheel either. Also, the side buttons are some of the better ones. To me they even seem better than one of the popular bigger brands flagship side mouse buttons. However... This is now the second time I'm submitting a warranty claim for this mouse. For the same issue. The right mouse button starts to stick. I figured it was a fluke the first time. This starts to happen within a year for me each time. I didn't really have any issues with the warranty claim the first time around. Support was fine. I'm hoping they send me a revised version this time around or I'm probably going to start looking elsewhere. It's just a shame, because I really like the fit and feel of Pulsar's mice, but if the buttons/switches keep failing this soon I'm going to have to start looking at other brands.

I’ve been using this mouse for a while now, and it’s been great. Before buying, I’d heard about click issues with this model, but so far I haven’t experienced any problems at all. It charges quickly, the battery lasts a long time, and it’s perfect for a claw grip. Super light and comfortable — easily my favorite mouse so far, especially coming from a Logitech G305.

Mouse just suddenly died one day and is completely and totally bricked, apparently the early batches had manufacturing defects. Totally insane for a $100 mouse to last two years with totally normal use. DO NOT purchase

Everything is amazing about this mouse the shape the weight, battery life everything the responsiveness is amazing and I love quality.

This mouse had the perfect shape and grip for me but the clicks went sticky after only 1 day of use. It also had insane double clicking issues even after raising the debounce time to 30ms.
