Great clean alternative to gluten. If you can not have gluten. Use this grain for homemade bread, cookies, bread crumbs. Sue Becker has an incredible recipe book that contains recipes for Kamut flour. I keep purchasing Gran Teton’s Ancient Grains because it is a clean source of grains.
