It works!
I have the Spotify ‘Car Thing’ and had lost the accessory outlet. I couldn’t find any accessory outlets that would get rid of the display that said “Use adapter! To power Car Thing, use the adapter provided with your device.” I was all around bummed until I found this!! I was hesitant and skeptical but it works! The cord on it is a little short. You can plus the original ‘Car Thing’ cable into the car accessory and it will still work!
