I bought this item in the hope that it would improve my posture. So far so good. As I spend many hours sitting at a desk leaning over a laptop screen at work, I've noticed my back is starting to ache, with some stiffness. It comes with a booklet, which I've followed, on wearing this to date; and have noticed the stiffness at work is virtually gone, with little to no back pains. I'll continue to use this and see how this progresses. Mine only has a single large strap unlike the one advertised. This is why I gave it a 4 star.

I'm a very tall and broad-shouldered rugby-played-build person who has been attempting to consciously correct my posture for years. According to the size chart, the XXL shouldn't fit me, but it did, just about. I've used the brace for 3 days now, but over the course of just a single day, my upper back pain was substantially reduced. Lower back pain, which the brace doesn't even reach, also practically vanished due to the nature of how these things are all connected. It's relatively easy to put on and take off, although I would've appreciated instructions. That last bit is important, because I happen to know that you *absolutely should not wear this to bed*, and if I didn't know that then I would've done. It feels like a quality piece of kit, unlike some of the cheaper options that I've used in the past. As with most things, save your money - invest in quality and you'll spend less in the long run. Excellent value. However, due to the sturdy design, it does show when wearing it underneath clothing. If you spend a lot of time sitting down though, this is a must-have.

These Back Support Posture Corrector are great, they are quite big so you cannot wear them with a tight jumper unless you don't might this showing under your jumper or shirt. They do the job, my posture has definitely change.

Arrived on time and in good condition. Lumbar support is great, but tends to ride-up a little. The shoulder support is great and the shoulder padding quite comfortable. You will definitely notice a loss in flexibility, but the firmness of the support is adjustable, certainly helps with my back pain. Gradually increase use over time to avoid fatigue and discomfort.
