Excellent Water filter, easy to use. I've been using this water filter for a several months. It's compact. The setup was straightforward-no tools or specific skills needed. The taste of the water is biggest win. It's noticeably cleaner, with no chlorine aftertaste or odor. It's great for drinking, cooking, and even making coffee and tea -everything tastes better. Highly recommend if you're looking for an affordable, reliable way to improve your tap water quality!

***Edited review*** I now give this one star. Haven't had it very long and now you can't buy filters for it. What a waste of money!!!!! I gave it one star off for not providing a larger size bracket for the waste water tube. Not everyone has small water pipes, mine included...so it was very annoying, mid installation, to figure out it didn't fit around my pipe and I couldn't get both screws to reach. It required a trip to the hardware store and a bit of thought. Thankfully I made it work by purchasing longer screws and a roll of sponge window seal with the sticky backing. Made a hole in the center of it for the red waste tubing (a piece of similar is provided in the kit, but it's thin. I just added to it). Luckily, it worked with no leaks! Lol. Honestly it wasn't super difficult to install, and I'm a chick....so there ya go;)

This is a great item to have if you drink a lot of water. I got tired of loving heavy cases of water (my back didn't like it either). So I decided to get an RO system which was great, however the system I had was a 5 stage and when it came time to replace the cartridges, I couldn't find them anywhere online or elsewhere. So I purchased this one which is much better as a 7 stage system. I have to tell you it was much easier to install, and I don't have to guess at when it's time to replace the filters, because it lets you know right at the faucet. Also the water tastes great flows real easy. It also appears to be durable. I would highly recommend it

The product arrived on time and I was able to set it up in about 20 minutes. The installation was very easy and every steps was in detail with the included instructions. The size of the unit is not that big compare to other system it fits perfectly under the sink. Everything is running good as expected until about 3 months of usage I noticed cloudy white water coming out of the faucet. Either the filter is bad or the system is not working…

I purchased this mainly to supply scale-free water to an opal ice maker. This kit was very easy to install, I only needed to find one threaded adapter for my smaller 3/8 water lines. Everything else was included, and went together easily with no leaks. Very thoughtful design, such as the water inlet/output on top, in a small well, for easy inspection or service. I really like the filter status and TDS lights on the faucet itself - love how integrated and compact the whole thing is. Changing the filter is very easy. Quiet and takes care of itself with auto flush and pump built-in. Would recommend - especially at the price, it is an excellent value.

I love this product but I cannot get ahold of the company to order more filters. I tried to contact them through email, Whatsup app and phone calls. Do not buy this product unless you can get ahold of the company.

I will say this unit is easier to install than any other unit, my in-laws also bought a reverse osmosis but they purchased so much more older model because it was cheaper, and it took them a week to get it installed where this took me and my brother 30 minutes. It was definitely worth the buck, however it took me a hot minute to figure out that the display screen is also monitoring the filters, I could not understand the numbers. It did not come with instructions on what is a good number and what is not and I had to go to the company it's themselves. According to them anything under 500 is good, ours usually stays between 11-15. It's supposed to flash at the reader when the filter needs changing. We use this all the time for anything that we're going to drink or consume. It does allow me to fill a full picture of kettle water before I noticed the numbers changing or adjusting. However, sometimes the water doesn't taste good, I know it's filtering out bad minerals and heavy metals, but sometimes the water doesn't taste good that sometimes makes me question the filter.

After one year working great I need a replacement ppc cartridge but I have no idea where to get it Anyone please help October 31-2025 This product is amazing and not too difficult to install. The hardest part was to drill the hole through the metal sink, luckily I had the proper equipment. I ran the water for about an hour and the water tastes great. Worth the investment. 100% Before installation the TDS was 161, after installation it is 11 Thanks for this product.

Very very slow. Tank is better.

The product itself is great, but there was no indication that they were stopping production of it and now can’t get replacement filters! Would definitely not do business with Reinmoson again!!
