Very please with this. Easy to assemble and look good too. Seems as solid and sturdy as more expensive shelves I have. One thing would be good is an additional shelf as if like me you want to put this as two side by side , that extra shelf really adds to it. Hope I can buy one and emailed Vonhaus to ask.

Amazing product! I used mine for all the bits and bobs I have in my garage, it is very easy to assemble. The metal has a hammered affect onit which brings a little style to it. Bought two of these years ago and still don’t have any faults with them. Paid £50 for my third one then when it arrived the price was £40 🤣 which was a little kick in the teeth. It does tend to go on offer but great value for money even at full price. Have a lot of weight on each shelf e.g pcs, card, consoles etc and no sign of sag in the shelves. Size of the shelf is great and can get plenty on them. Would recommend to anyone and would probably buy again if I ever need one!

Honest review 40 year old female Given it 4 stars as it does job I need it to and speedy delivery. Bought for garage storage. Good size can fit lots on it. Looks good as far as garage storage goes. Looks stronger than it is. Fairly quick to build (took me approx 90 mins - 1 person) If you can put together an ikea flatpack - this is maybe one step up in ‘skill’ level (easy but fiddly & need a bit of patience with it). No tools needed. Instructions clear enough with a little guesswork. Strong enough to fill it with garage boxes and junk as I have however I wouldn’t put anything really heavy on it Ideally needs fixing to wall - this is above my skill level tho so I have just placed lighter things on higher up shelves so it doesn’t topple. This would make it x10 better though if you can do this. All in all does what I needed it to do and price I paid I am happy but I think I would go plastic on next one I need - less fiddly for me. This is bit wobbly if you wiggle it and because it is high in height could easily tip over. Again maybe the wall fixing would sort that. Still glad bought it. Hope this helps

Better than expected. Exactly what I needed, no sharp edges and the 6mm holes are perfect for a roofing nut and bolt to hold the whole thing together.

The frame was reasonably easy to assemble but some joints needed to be opened up as the powder coating had effectively closed them. The completed frame is good and strong but being only 400mm deep I decided to attach it to the wall behind. My big gripe is the poor quality shelving that is supplied with the kit. Definitely not fit for purpose and too thin, it was sagging within days of having anything being put on the shelves. The solution was to replace them all with 9mm ply and now I have exactly what I needed. Just a shame that I had to do this myself and that the original shelving is woefully inadequate.

Sadly, the assenbly design of these racks is poor and unsafe. During assembly the two metal tabs of the long and short sides must pass through the corresponding tabs on the uprights. However, it is highly possible for the shelve tabs to shoot out and not sit as designed (easily missed during assembly - see photo). Thus the Safe Working Load (SWL) is reduced and could lead to an accident when the user loads the shelfing (correct shelf tab fitting detail is not depicted in the assembly instructions either). I wonder how many buyers, now examining their shelfing can now itentify this problem? This product should be removed from sale and the assembly design / instructions reworked.

Looked at lots of similar racking and took a punt with these. Lots of mixed reviews but trust me, for the money you won’t get better value than these. Strong enough when put together and even more stable with weight on them. The finish of them is similar to hammerite, so I don’t think you will have a problem with them rusting. Easy to put together once you get the hang of it. I agree the shelves are relatively thin, but I reckon they will hold most items you would have in a garage or shed. Very pleased with the quality and cost.
