Cooked my bacon perfectly but the only criticism was that the lid locates over the ridge on the base. When the lid is lifted the hot condensed water runs off the inner lid surface to the external environment instead of remaining in the base. There is a high possibility of burns/ scalding.

With fancying some crispy bacon sandwiches I followed the instructions and loaded 4 rashers of Back Bacon across the raised ribs, put the lid on and then loaded the item into my large multifunctional microwave. Set the power at 900, and the timer as stated on the instructions and turned the machine on. After 3 minutes i checked as to how the process was going and found that the bacon needed more time, with the outer rashers were starting to curl, but the Inner oneere still quite raw, so they were moved to the outside. On putting another couple of minutes on the microwave, when that had finished the bacon still hadn't crisped up. As I needed more bacon doing I realised that this gadget would take too long to do the rest of the rashers, so decided to use my Air-Fryer Oven to do the rest in, which were soon done, but this meant that I'd need to clean the ovens insides afterwards. Whilst the gadget seemed to be ideal to crisp up bacon, according to the write-up, I found that even with a 900watt microwave it took far too long to do just 4 rashers, and didn't really make them crispy as expected, so it will be put away in the back of a cupboard and I'll go back to using my Air-Fryer oven.

At the moment I’m unable to use the cooker simply because I’m waiting operations. I’d honestly not had bacon in a decade . Thought nothing ventured nothing gained. I liked the look of it especially the top cover. So originally I put 4 slices of back bacon in just for 3 minutes took the lid off (be careful because of the hot steam). The bacon shrink but was nearly cooked evenly including the fat getting crispy . Left it with the top off approx 30 secs depending how you like yours. To my delight the bacon was cooked perfectly. I do love the manufacturing company because their products are strong and made very well. A friend popped over. I then read that you can overlap the bacon. I put 8 in overlapping, when I checked because of the bacon shrinking you move it evenly and keep an eye on it. Really impressed lush sandwiches for 2 just like grilled or fried. You can imagine the amount of juice/fat that’s left. Make sure you have the hot water running with liquid and wash straight away. If not it would take a while to get hard juice off. A great price too. Going to try their egg and omelette make soon. Happy days.

Really easy to use. Just be careful on how long to cook your bacon for. Definitely depends on the power of your microwave, edges can become a little over done(crispy even slightly burned) if you aren't carefully. You Definitely need boiling water to clean or you are left with a greasey mess. But over all would definitely recommend for when you want to cook bacon for a quick sandwich or to add to another dish

I only cooked four rashers of bacon and the tray bowed quite a lot a long it’s length and obviously the lid doesn’t fit anymore I contacted the manufacturer with a photo as requested and was told it’s ment to be that way and still can be used, what a load of nonsense It’s risen about half an inch in the centre of the handles from horizontal
