Pathetic. Never ever buy Godrej lock
Pathetic customer service from Godrej. Had to wait for 5 days for Godrej technician to come for lock installation. The lock delivered by Amazon was defective and I Godrej denied replacement as the lock was purchased from Amazon and Amazon also denied replacement as replacement request was submitted after cut off time.

I have been using it since last 3-4 weeks. It looks premium and sturdy. I bought it for โน2050. Value for money product for this price point. Go for it if you're looking for a premium gold door handle btw it's brass gold so yeah it matches with the classic and modern both types of door design.

Extremely High Quality However Foolish Design
THERE's A SCREW JUTTING OUT THE BACK OFF THE HANDLE. Its a design feature. Basically the handle is a two component design so they hid the screw on the back of the handle. If you dont pay attention you can cut yourself. The lock itself is very heavy and feels strong. The handle's sprint has some grear firmness to it. Overall go for it if you dont have super sensitive skin prone to the misplaced scre design. I did a self installation. the intallation people charge way too much to fix a lock to a door. Bruh its just a replacmenet, 13 screws and 15 mins later all done.
