Q: What Kind Of Mustard Is It?

The ground flour of the perennial, yellow mustard seed Brassica hirta Moench. A member of the family Cruciferae. ~ Erica

Q: Is this mustard the spicy stuff. I just purchased some other and that one is just like horse radish. Not what I wanted.

This is a hot mustard that is served in better Chinese restaurants, not the packet kind that isn't hot at all. There is no taste of horse radish. I bought this large amount because hot dry mustard is so expensive on the spice shelves in groceries. I keep it refrigerated, and scoop out a small bottle's worth at a time. I share it with friends who like Chinese. Highly recommend if you have refrigerator room. I would not leave it on a pantry shelf.

Q: Is this made in China?

I checked my jar, it does not indicate country of origin. That said, Canada produces about 90% of the worlds mustard seeds, so I doubt that this product was made in China.
