Worked great for my pt
I had knee surgery and needed a ball to put behind my back against the wall to do squats to strengthen my leg. This ball is perfect for that exercise.

Perfect for baseball pitchers
This is the perfect size for your aons to train their arm to stay at 90° put the ball between the forearm and upper arm and go through the pitching motion. During growth spurts this is esp effective since the elbow can often start leading the way (def don’t want that!) love this quality and size!
