20 pcs Japanese Red Maple Seeds (Acer palmatum) / cultivable as Bonsai or Tree in The Garden

Just a quick note to let you know these seeds were not meant to have arrived until the 27th. They actually arrived on the 18.06.2020

Unhappy with the contents of the pack. Only received 10 seeds, the rest of the contents was dirt or dried out/broken shells. Not sure these are even viable to germinate?!

I recently ordered some seeds, they were delivered very quickly in good condition. I intend to sow them this coming week.

I have had these seeds in the fridge for a while have now just planted some and waiting for them to come up in anticipation

Come per il precedente, nessun seme è germogliato, in 2 confezioni (quindi su oltre 50) nonostante un clima a dire poco ideale (freddo, pioggia) e un mix di terra con akadama, terriccio, pomice, sabbia di fiume, perlite, il tutto setacciato medio-piccolo. Coltivo semi da 20 anni ed è la prima volta che non nasce neanche un seme su una quantità del genere. Può capitare ci mancherebbe che qualcuno non nasca, ma neanche uno significa che qualcosa non va nel materiale di origine.... Opinione personale: chissà da quanto erano in quella busta e da dove provenivano. Di certo non li prenderò mai più.
