Is this shirt a loose fit? I’m 5’7 around 165 pounds sometimes a medium or a large. Bust size is 38 but I don’t want something TOO loose!

I’d go large I got medium kinda tight across chest and I’m 34DD

I read this item is from china so it probably runs small i want an xx large my bust size is 44 dd will this fit me i'm 5'7 hip size 44

I ordered XXl bust 44B. A 44DD is "iffy" i put a pic online and I adjusted the bottom by putting a 2" slit at the sides . your hips are smaller than mine so the bottom should be ok. The total width by the chest is 50" while you have a 6" play A 'DD' chest will pull the rest of fabric from the back. If you have a blouse that measures 25" across the chest on the flat of the blouse, and fits you WELL then this will also. my hips are 52" hence the slits to accomodate them. Hope this helps.

I have this same shirt and love it! i want to buy more but my tag says 1xl, which size would i go with xl or xxl?

Good question. Since these seem to come in a larger size than expected, I would recommend getting the XL. The 1XL may be too big in this particular blouse style.
