Easy-to-Swallow Mood Enhancing Capsules!
If you are over 55 and are finally happy that you no longer have PMS and then suddenly it returns with a vengeance you may want to try evening primrose oil once a day. I was taking it religiously for several months when I ran out. Thinking it was no big deal I did not order any more immediately.Then I started to feel very grumpy, offended, irritable and like I was PMSing majorly. What was the deal? I finally figured out it was because I'd stopped the good mood enhancing evening primrose oil. After taking some of this (a new bottle) today I feel so much calmer and happier. I really need to take this to balance my body.I am not a doctor, nor is this medical advice and please read a book on evening primrose oil to see what it is all about and how to take it. I'm sold on it after going through withdrawals. I much prefer to be happy and content and not miserably moody! I got two bottles so this will never happen again! Great for skincare
I have low thyroid, and I started taking evening primrose oil to help manage the symptoms with my hair and my skin. These definitely help with the itching and rashes for me. I take a couple of different Carlyle products, and I have always found the quality and value to be very good. This is a pretty large gel cap, so if you have trouble with larger pills, you might want to look for a lower dosage that would come in a smaller size.

Best decision ever!
I have had fibrocystic breast that cause me a lot of pain and Ive tried all the bras and did all the test and a biopsy and nothing seemed to help. I read online this does and it really made a huge difference! Less pain and seems to give me more energy! Would definitely recommend!

Hot Flashes
Evening primrose works well for hot flashes. Since I went into full menopause I’ve been taking them and I’m now down to like 2-3 flashes a week. Everyone’s body is different you can try it and see if it will do for you. I can only say what it is doing for me. But it’s worth a try.
